Become an exhibitor

To reserve a selected place, simply click on the map below on the stand you are interested in. After selecting the stand, you will be redirected to the reservation form, where you can enter details and finalize the reservation process.

You can reserve more than one stand and combine them in any configuration, this option is located in the reservation form.

The price per square meter includes the costs of electricity consumption, sanitary materials, waste disposal and 24-hour security for the event.

As part of the Autocosmetica Detailing & Paint Expo (IV Pomorskie Targi Autokosmetyki), we're organizing a competition for the Most Attractive Trade Fair Booth. Exhibitors will compete for the prestigious title, which will be awarded based on creativity, aesthetics, and commitment to product presentation.

How to participate?
There's no need to complete an additional form! Each submitted stand will participate in the casting process, and the selection will be made by a special jury during the Fair.

Prizes
The winner will receive:

1st place: 100 m² of exhibition space at the Autocosmetica Detailing & Paint Expo 2027!
2nd place: 75 m² of exhibition space at the Autocosmetica Detailing & Paint Expo 2027!
3rd place: 50 m² of exhibition space at the Autocosmetica Detailing & Paint Expo 2027!

• A trophy and a diploma
• Promotion on our social media channels and website
   

Evaluation criteria:

• Stand appearance – aesthetics and creative design
• Product/service presentation – attractiveness and professionalism
• Engagement in interaction with guests
